saying more than what you say

Sometimes during casual interactions with friends, someone or the other might say something that would have a much deeper meaning. One such expression was: Don't be so busy with the outside that you forget to look inside.
I forget the original context in which this was said, but this definitely has more meaning than literally.

So, I decided to dedicate this blog of mine for documenting those thoughts of mine involving the inside.
